S.O.A.R. Ministries and Transitional Services, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to empowering community partners and organizations that support families in need, particularly individuals and families who fall above traditional income thresholds and often do not qualify for public assistance programs.

Our mission is rooted in bridging the gap for the underserved working population those who may earn too much to qualify for assistance, yet still face financial hardship, life transitions, emergencies, or barriers to stability without available support. While many agencies are limited to serving only poverty-level households based on strict guidelines, S.O.A.R. exists to ensure that no individual or family is left without resources simply because they fall outside of traditional eligibility requirements.

Through holistic support, community outreach, transitional resources, and collaborative partnerships, we help create pathways toward healing, stability, empowerment, and long-term self-sufficiency. We envision a world where every individual has the opportunity to thrive and achieve their goals regardless of income limitations or life circumstances.
