Strengthening Those Who Serve
Guided by our mission of Bridging the Gap. Helping the Helpers., SOAR provides essential assets to organizations aiding working individuals and middle-income families. We are proud to have partnered with DESC, CB Hearts of Hope, and Helping Hands For Heros—a partnership where SOAR donated clothing and requested resources to support their launch initiative.
Our Military Community Impact
After Action Connection is SOAR's veteran-led peer-to-peer support initiative helping service members, veterans, and military families navigate the transition to civilian life. As a resource and peer-support program, it remains open to all military families regardless of income, as SOAR emergency financial assistance limits do not apply.

Testimonials From Our Partner Organizations
“Thank you to Rosa Haynes-Thomas organization S.O.A.R Ministries and Transitional Services for donating scars, sweaters, hoodies, etc to CB Hearts of Hope Outreach Ministry to give to those in need. We really appreciate it..” — CB Hearts of Hope Outreach Ministry, Social Media
“Thanks to S.O.A.R., our neighbors were able to access the everyday essentials many of us take for granted. Their donation of toiletries helped people feel clean, cared for, and confident as they go to work, care for their families, and navigate difficult times. We are so grateful to have a partner who cares about the people in our community.” — DESC, Kimberley Griffiths, Community Resource Manager
“We are extremely grateful to SOAR for their generous donation of snack items to our outreach program. These donations have made a meaningful difference in our ability to serve individuals experiencing homelessness in Downtown Jacksonville. Many of the individuals we encounter face food insecurity and uncertainty about where their next meal will come from. Having snacks available allows us to provide immediate nourishment to individuals who may have gone for hours without eating or who have limited access to food throughout the day.” — Downtown Vision Jacksonville
